Directly on the store's website by credit or debit card via the Stripe payment gateway.
An additional payment option is Paypal (office@katarzynakart.pl) or transfer to a bank account - for this purpose, contact us by e-mail before making the purchase.
I have many different payment methods at your disposal to help you choose the one that best suits your needs. You can use any of them for your orders. If you have any problems with paying for your order, please contact us and we will provide you with the best solution, tailored to your situation.

Paypal
If you have a PayPal account, you can also use it to pay for your order. Contact me by e-mail before making a purchase.
Bank transfer
If you decide to pay by bank transfer, please contact me by email before making a purchase. You will receive an email with our bank details.
Return policy
Canceling Your Order
Please contact me within 24hrs of placing your order to request a cancellation. If your order has shipped out already, shipping is non-refundable.
You may also be required to incur the inconvenience and cost of having to receive
the item and ship it back, if I'm unable to reroute the item during transit.
Unshipped backordered items can be canceled without issue.
Returning your Item
You have the right to return the purchased item within 14 days of receiving the package.
Please contact me via e-mail to initiate the return process. It must be returned within 14 days of the date you received it.
All items will be inspected upon return.
If the item is damaged during the return transit, I will evaluate and refund an appropriate amount based on its condition.
A Damage Fee starting at 25% of the purchase price will apply.
Please note if the item is considered unsalvageable, I may not be able to provide any refund.
The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping and Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued in the original form of an offer once all items have been received and inspected,
and will appear in your account within 7-14 business days.

All artwork and content (pictures and text) on the katarzynakart.pl website are the sole property and copyright of Katarzyna Krawiec (Artist) and are legally protected by Copyright law.
Under no circumstance may you download, reproduce, publish or distribute elsewhere, in any medium, any of the images for commercial purposes, without proper and prior written permission from Katarzyna Krawiec.
Unauthorized duplication or usage for commercial purposes is prohibited by the Copyright law.
Katarzyna Krawiec retains all of the copyrights to all artwork on this site, regardless of whether or not the original image has been sold. Should you wish to use an image for commercial purposes please contact Katarzyna Krawiec with details of your specific request.
Shipping
International shipping is available.
The time it takes to prepare your order for shipment varies. Most often, packing takes 2-3 business days, shipping takes up to 6-14 business days.
Art prints: packing takes up to 10 business days, shipping takes up to 6-14 business days.
Shipping prices:
Original paintings: 40,00 EUR for 1 item and 80,00 EUR for 2 items.
Art prints, photography posters: 20,00 EUR for 1-3 items.
If you want to buy more than two paintings, you have to place a separate order, because I can only send two in one package.
If you want to buy more than three Art prints, you have to place a separate order, because I can only send three items in one package.
